Return Policy
Heal Fade Glow Returns
If a client or customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased from Heal Fade Glow, you may return any unopened and undamaged products to Heal Fade Glow for store credit five (5) days after receiving your order.
Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:
- Heal Fade Glow must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 5 days of product delivery by emailing contact@balancedbeautylover.com.
- The product must be returned within 10 days of the dissatisfaction for a store credit.
- Returned products must have been purchased through our online store and must be in new, unused, or gently used condition, with at least 80% of the original product remaining.
- The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges for the returned product.
- You will receive an email from contact@balancedbeautylover.com with details on how to redeem your store credit 3-5 business days after the product has been received at our location.
After ten (10) days, all product sales are considered final. Please note: We do not accept returns on digital items and masks, as these items are on final sale. The company reserves the right to refuse returns on products at any time.
We do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
We do not currently offer the option to exchange products. If something didn't work out, please email contact@balancedbeautylover.com for additional assistance.

Digital Products
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products. Digital products are considered final sale. For assistance with your digital product, please email contact@balancedbeautylover.com. You will receive an email response within 24 hours.
